1. How do I register?

Dear customer to save you from hassel free shoping experience Retails Direct provides you the facility of shop first and register later. When you register at Retails Direct you will be asked to provide your Basic Information and a Unique Email address. This information will be kept secured. An email will be sent to your email address with an authentication code which has to be authenticated from your end.


2. I wish to give feedback for a product?

Yes you can give your valuable feedback for the products on the website Feedback


3. I have made the payment on the website, have you received the payments?

Once we receive the payment from your side a confirmation email and call from the customer support team will be made to you. Incase you have not received the email, kindly let us know the same by calling up on the customer support number and send us a proof of transaction via Email .


4. I have placed an order, when will I receive the delivery?

Retails Direct endevaour to deliver the goods within 10 working days from day of placing the order subject to availabity of the goods. Please note that the deliveries do not happen on National Holidays and sundays as there are no Courier services available on these days. In case of any delay for whatever reason, the Retails Direct will keep you informed.


5. How should I track my order status?

You will be informed about your Order Status through email. If you do not receive any email from Retails Direct about your order, you can call us on our Customer Support Number 0120-3129242 and verify the status after providing relevant information about the transaction.


6. Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?

The product would only be delivered where the card used is registered at the time of placing the order. This is to ensure the authenticity of the transaction and to avoid any fraudulent transaction.


7. I have forgotten my user ID and Password?

8. Can I compare the products on retails direct website?

Yes, Retalis Direct provides you a facility to compare products.


9. Which all states the product and what will be the delivery time?

The product will be delivered to the whole of territory of India. However Retails Direct reserves the right to refuse to deliver the goods for any particular location or area.


10. How is the delivery charge calculated?

Apparel & Accessories / General Merchandize / Mobile & Accessories / Sunglasses / Artificial Jewellery / Watches / Food 10% or Rs.50/- whichever is higher, not exceeding Rs.150/-

11. What should I do if I recevie the product orderd in a damaged/defective condition?

If the package appears to be in damaged or defective condition or you discover that the goods were damaged in transit, then please refuse the delivery and put a suitable remark on the POD. In such a situation you are required to contact the customer support team informing the same. If the package has been damaged in transit then in such case, Retails Direct will replace the product purchased by you at No Extra Cost. Please make sure that the request for replacement of item is made immediatley. Once the goods are accepted by you, your sole remedy will lie against the manufaturer. However we will assist you by providing relevant information about the manufacturer so that you are able to process the same as per the warranty and other policies of the manufacturer.


12. How can I cancel my order?

Retails Direct reserves the rights for Order Cancellation. In case you want to Cancel the Order you will be required to call the customer support team of Retails Direct at 0120-3129242 and give the Order reference number. Nominal charges will be deducted in case of cancelltion. For details kindly see the terms and conditions.


13. What is the returns policy?

1. You can return the goods if the package appears to be in defective or damaged condition at the time of delivery. For details please refer to point 3 above. 2. You can return the item, if the item you have received is not the one which is ordered by you. The Retails Direct will bear the delivery charges in such an event. 3. Once the goods are accepted by you, your sole remedy will be against the Manufaturer.


14. What is the repair policy?

Kindly contact the customer support team for assistance required in such a case. Once you accept the goods, you will have to follow the terms and warranty clause of the manufacturer. We will provide you the contact information of manufacturer's authorised service centers. However, any repair might be possible if the goods satisfy the warranty terms of the manufacturer.


15. What should I do if I receive receive some other product rather than the order Placed?

Kindly do not accept the goods at the time of delivery, and put a suitable remark on the POD. We will redeliver the correct goods to your address without any additional cost. We will make best possible effort to ensure that the Correct Order is sent to your address. However if there is a mismatch in the Order received at your end, we request you to kindly contact our customer support team immediately. (We will also arrange a pick up of the incorrect item from your delivery address and redispatch the correct product without any addtional cost involved).
